The delivery of the car was made flawlessly!! Everything went as he promised it would go! From the time it was picked up right to the time it was delivered, the communication was on time and seamless.
The delivery guy was friendly and professional. He told me approximately what time he would be there, and….he was true to his word. I must confess after reading horror stories on the internet about various companies and customer experiences on delivery delays, I got a rental car for an extra few days but ended up returning it the same day he promised!!
Prior to taking the car, he took note of all the scratches and even noticed some under the bumper that I did not know I had. When he returned the car, he did the same thing. Not a new scratch anywhere!!! In fact, I had heard that I would need to take it to get a wash because it would be filthy from exposure, high speeds and bugs, but mine was not. I drove around another week without getting a car wash.
I have already referred another customer to him. They are headed towards Dallas. I told them I wouldn’t have anyone else touch my car if I were them. I hope they did themselves a favor and called!. Eagle has my business if I ever need another transporter! And I will always be singing their praises to others.
